If the new pipe doesn't have the bung you will either need one welded in or remove the sensor and get a "power up" bypass plug.

The sensor is in the mid pipe. The cans should slip off and the LV can will slip right on.

You really should still investigate the "Power Up" mod, it will be like a whole new bike, and make a bigger difference than the Leo's will, at a fraction of the cost.

Unplug the o2 sensor and plug in the resistor, then take out the o2 sensor and put a bung plug.

Yep, any Husky dealer should be able to do it, or you can order the parts and do it yourself, it only takes a few minutes. You may have to lift the tank to get to the lambda connector to plug in the resistor, but it's fairly straightforward. Then you'll have to adjust your idle back down a bit with the adjustment screw on the throttle body, behind the airbox.

This is all assuming it's legal to "tamper" with emissions equipment in your area, which you're already doing with the cat-less Leo's.
