Not yet....but by the looks of it a pair of slip-on's might be easy to do since the muffler's themselves are just held onto the mid/Y-pipe by clamps. Would just have to make sure the i.d. of the mufflers correctly fit the o.d. of the y-pipe.

One of the things I like about the TR650 is that the stock exhaust actually looks good and is nicely tucked up out of the way of any luggage you will inevitably want to hang off the back.

Once I found out the Husqvarna logo is the rear sight picture of a 50 caliber machine gun...I decided to keep them...they are way kool!

I love the look of the stock pipes and they do really, really well with luggage. I run a giant loop great basin and don't even think about the pipes actually being there.
That being said, this gal needs to go on a weight loss program and the pipes are the quickest and easiest way to lose a good chunk of weight.
If I could just get it down to 1 stock husky pipe...that would be awesome. It would probably need to be opened up a little for more flow, though.

I contacted a few maufacturers here in California and they replied:

    Big Gun...
"Thank you for your inquiry and considering us to develop an exhaust for this model. At this time, we are currently working on a handful of projects that wouldn’t allow us to take this on."

    Two Brothers Racing...
"At this time we have not added the TR650 to our R&D list for this season, ill bring your bike up with our R&D guys and see what they say. "

    FMF...
"Thank you for your email and interest in a FMF exhaust. We are a dynamic company and we are always looking for new bikes that we can make exhaust systems for. We will keep your information and bike in mind if a bike is needed for testing and fitment with a FMF exhaust. For any further questions please contact us at the number below or via email."

I emailed Staintuned last month and they said they dont have intentions at this point to build a pipe for the TR. Sad.
FMF is close second, thier Q4 system is exemplary.
Forget Big Gun. I bought a full system and within three weeks it blew out the fibre glass packing. They told me that was normal maintenance. On a dual purpose? 2000 miles? I sold the system and bout a staintuned and ran that for 20,000 miles without issue.

    Cheers

If I installed that same exhaust on my 2013 TR would there be any Mapping problems that you are aware of ?

I had the full Big gun Evo R system on my KLR. I ordered it along with the Durapac packing so that I didn't have to worry about changing it out for a loooooong time. It held up great the year or two I had it on....until the bike was stolen a couple months ago. Now I have a TR on order!

Staintune is VERY nice, but 156,534,675 times the price! Nice feature with them is you NEVER have to repack!

Has anyone removed the spark arrestors, and removed the internal baffling on the stock pipes yet? Should help it breathe a bit better?

Just giving the heads up on changing the exhaust to a straight through system, the Terra won't compensate and the bike will run way too lean and won't idle. Being in Oz I have been told by the local dealer that Huski aren't releasing a fuel map to address the problem. I have ordered a booster plug, and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival as I have a Terra that I basically can't ride for fear of doing engine damage while it is running too lean. Tread carefully, will post result of booster plug.

I wouldn't buy a booster plug. It wont fix the problem. After reading boosters site, the plug adds fuel in a linear fashion all across the rev range. When you do substantial exhaust change, you will be lean in some portions and rich in others and it sure heck wont be a 2 or 3% deviance.
Im going to wait till Power Commander build an programable unit and a exhaust company builds a lighter pipe that makes more HP than the stock boat anchor. I have time on my site as its -14C outside.

Dynojet is using my TR to develop a Powercommander for our bikes. I will post when they are done with my bike and the difference it made.

    We owe you beer!

Could you get your bike over to FMF after?
I will buy both products as soon as they are avilable.

FMF said not right now. LeoVince just emailed me back and said maybe they would be interested later on in the year. They are keeping me on file for when it comes time to do it.

Yep, was very easy with a pair of snap ring pliers to get the arrestors out and then a pair of needle nose to coax the packing out of the end of the muffler. I highly suggest wearing latex gloves and tight cuffed long sleeve shirt as I was itching after two showers. Made a nicer note and did not seem to hurt performance one bit, by the butt dyno.

I would love to hear it....any way you could take a short (20 second-ish) vid of it starting up and idling with a couple good turns of the throttle sprinkled in?

Funny- when I picked my TR up at the dealer the circlips and baffles were "Pre removed" (by them). By the time I made it 30 miles home I had long trails of packing hanging from my mufflers! I yanked the rest out and cut the baffle portion off of the insert that slides into the pipe. Sounds really good now, didn't make it run any worse than it originally did. My dealer just got their MOSS tool so I'm waiting for decent weather to bring it out there.
