I have a 2007 Road King that is my preferred commute vehicle and mount for more casual moods. It is the most reliable bike I've ever owned. But it's got 60,000 miles on it now and I miss the fairing and stereo my K1100LT has. So, I've been tossing around the idea of upgrading to a newer model and I'm much more fond of the frame mounted fairing of the Road Glide than the fork mounted bat wing (aka the fugly fairing). Of course, as I was tossing this around in my mind last year, they announced the 2014 models, with the glaring omission of the Road Glide. I was hopeful it would return. I'm glad to see it has.
