Sorry about posting ANOTHER wheel question, but here goes...

Has anybody ever tried fitting a set of the DNA wheels from a KTM on their Husky? Or any brand newer KTM wheels??

Are the axle diameters the same???

There is basically two things that must be the same size, and that is the axle diameter and the width of the rear hub. The distance between the sprocket and the brakedisc must be the same, give or take 2 mm with the floating caliper. At the front you maybe need to make new spacers to align the brakedisc in the caliper perfectly. My friend KTM 300 -08 has the the same rear hub width as my 2010 Husky WR 300, so all i have to do is turn the wheel 180 degrees around as i have the drive on the other side. My Supermoto wheels are from a Yamaha early 2000-2002 something, and they fit fine! The guy i bought them from had them on a Honda CRF 450! Just measure things up!
