Do you have a flywheel puller? Mine took several attempts with an impact driver on the tusk pulled tool and liberal application of heat before it would release.

Hi mate, look at my thread on advrider.com:

I have taken a bunch of photographs for people in your situation. There is some unrelated info which you will have to sift through but I was very careful to take detailed photographs as I went. There are several other useful threads on advrider as well.

To answer your question about the flywheel puller you need a 35mmx1.5

Another pointer, watch that you bolt the cam gear to the cam shaft the correct way, it is possible to do it the wrong way around which will result in a cracked cam gear if you don't notice.

There is also a step by step guide on supermotojunkie:

There are some pitfalls in a fairly detailed job that can end up making it cost a lot more than you thought, the main one on here is the cam gear.

    Thanks guys
I made a very crude extractor
Broke a couple and finally put some heat to the collar on the flywheel.
    It came off.

All for nothing as the chain the dealer sent me was wrong chain.
