If anybody in the San Diego/IE/OC/LA area is interested, there's a benefit ride taking place on October 6th out at Cahuilla Raceway for the family of Chase Alessandro.

Chase, a 19yo MX-er from Hemet, CA, passed away due to injuries incured during a race at Lucas Oil MX Park (formerly Perris Raceway) in Perris, CA.

All proceeds will go directly Chase's family.

My kid and his friends, all fellow Vet-X/TWMX Racers from the Temecula area, knew this kid pretty well. As a proud parent of a MX-er, I'm doing my part for the cause and this is just part of it.

If anybody would like a flyer just shoot me your e-mail address and I'll get one out to you.

    Semper Paratus,
    TemecuCoastie

There was a good turnout. A lot of his friends went out did some laps as a group - a lot of talented kids. They were throwing arms swags, nack-nacks and whips.
My kid worked the raffle area and sold tix. I don't know how much money they earned for the family. I asked my kid, but he had no idea - go figure.
