Me and a couple of buddies were out there yesterday too. We ended up doing 3, 4 and the part of 5 that leads up to Foresthill road. Came around the switchback and my buddy was stuck on in the middle of that rock wall section. I had to stop, then it was a lift and push to the top. Just couldn't get standing again. :-( What trail are you on?
The vid is trail 5 on the East side of Foresthill Rd. then crosses FH Rd and on the upper part of 5. I deliberately avoided some of the gnarly sections of trail 5 being out there solo and late in the day. I have done trail 5 in it's entirety on the 511 solo a while ago and posted parts of it here. There are definitely some hairy sections on 5 like the rock face section you described and all the side of the mountain narrow trail sections.
