can anyone let me know the best setup for wet sand wr 250 2009, thank you.

FYI, nobody is going to be able to answer this question because it's WAY too vague. I don't even know what you mean by "setup." You could mean:

-Clicker settings
-Spring rates
-Spring preload
-Valving and/or oil weight

...or something else.

The "best setup" is the one that handles the way you want. Get the sag set right (springs & preload), adjust the clickers, see how the bike works, perhaps get it revalved depending on the clicker positions...

thank you but ive sorted it the sag is set and preload, compression is all done , thank you any way.
