125-200cc Fork oil level- how to measure?

Doing a spring swap and oil change. The book for the 45mm marz says 610cc/ml which seems way to much!! I did 100mm below the top of the tube with the upper tube all the way down on the lowers. Is this good?

I think your looking at the twin chamber manual.

I've got marzocchi 45's and my manual says 80mm from top?

You measure the height with the spring out, and the fork compressed. My 50mm Zokes worked best around 120mm for the type of riding I do. A fork level tool makes it super easy to set up.
