Does anyone know what forks would fit a 2009 husqvarna wr300? Are there any other year and model Marzocchis that would fit?I have a damaged fork and have been shopping around for a replacement but I don't want to make a mistake and get something that doesn't fit. Thanks.

good again fredd. anything 50mm would work id assume provided you can get the front wheel/axle/fork guards/caliper etc if not husky spec. if you wanna buy new triple clamps you could go 48s i spose, gettin expensive though!
    454x and fredd like this.

There wouldn't be any other husky models that share the same setup as the wr300? I looked on Ebay and asked questions about other 50mm forks off other model husky's but nobody seems to know if it would fit my bike. So far I cant find any forks off any wr300's for sale.

The dual chambered 50mm Zokes from my 09' CR125 fit my 09' WR300 just fine. No fitment issues at all.

most the husky front ends are the same bar maybe axles on the 250/300s im pretty sure-all oc kyb 48s the same 125/250/300/310/449/511 so id assume when they were running zoke 50s it was the same deal

if you use the triple clamps with them most all Husky front ends will work, you need to consider the axle if you go backwards too far
I have a spare 04 front for my 99, it is a direct fit for the whole front and uses the same axle, Husky is pretty good about this
    hope this helps

I have a 2006 Wr 250 which had 45 zokes stock My 2010 WR 300 had 48 mm KYBs When I put the Ohliens on the 2010 bike I figured I would put the 48 mm KYBs on the 2006 bike Well EVERYthing I mean Everything was different
I used a 48 mm triple clamp from a 2011 449 had to use both the top and the bottom clamp then the 449 does not use a steering stop on the clamp like the 06 bike did the stop is on the fram.then i had to change the stablizer mount because it would not fit the new 48 mm top clamp then the front caliper is different the 45 mm forks use a smaller caliper like a 125 after that had to change the ft axle spacer because of the offset so yes it can be done and yes it was worth it but make sure you get all the parts to make it happen
Easy way would be to find just another 50mm
which i thought i had and now i find out I only have 45 and 48mm forks

What does it mean when the fork tubes have nitrate coating? Does it work any better or protect the fork any better then just the stock look?

My 09 300 has either 45 or 48 zokes. I ordered new springs for the 50 and when I brought in the forks found out they were smaller. Seems like lots of parts can get changed around on the 300.
