Just wanted to drop a note and say sorry to any of you who had issues getting a hold of us in the last few months and might have had some crappy customer service. We had several issues, my phone was randomly forwarding to another number. We missed a small pile of calls. We got swamped and disorganized for a bit and it was painful. Basically I feel we dropped the ball on a few customers and I feel really bad about it.
