Anyone use the clutch plates from mac_cycle ( eBay store )? They are half the price of Barrett's friction plates. Just not sure if they'll last? Or am I better off getting OEM plates?

Can't speak to the Husky, but in the world of drag racing sport bikes everybody stays w/ oem. I once found that some "heavy duty" Barnett clutch springs weren't as stiff as my stock ones.

I think it was 650R, there is an issue with plate thickness, I had the top plate rubbing on the clutch cover.

How did you fix it? Is it working for you now?
