These bikes have the Brembo master cylinder. I hate it. My KTM had a similar master cylinder and that one was also terrible. Feels like stirring cake icing with a plastic spoon.

Has anyone tried replacing with something else like a Nissin Radial? I did that to my KTM but it didn't have ABS. That's my main concern is how the ABS is going to take to a new m/cyl.

In my mind it wouldn't affect it. The ABS ECU shouldn't care what the pressure comes from. Right?

    Right!
    Something like this should work

It'll have to be a 16mm bore for a single disc.
Let us know what you find...I've started to get tired of that weeping front master cylinder  and if 60 bux is gonna fix it, I won't be farting around with any dealers and warranty garbage.

Might need a different banjo bolt, too...a lot of the Jap bikes run 10x1.25mm threads instead of the Brembo 10x1mm. Lets just hope no brake-line extension is needed, I'm maxed out with the higher ATV bars/ or anyone with risers.

Im curious as I might not have as much experience about the front brake master cylinder being mush. I have no problems very tight. I Have bleed and replaced fluid every 6 months as I do in the rear. Maybe this is the reason? I am with glitch the weeping sucks. Although I just wipe it off every weekend when I do a once over. I ride it 60-80 miles a day mon-fri.
