are the front brake pads on a 2000 wr 250 the same as a 09 wr250? just want a quick way to check instead of taking the tires off the bikes and I have ordered rear pads before on my 09 and they have been too small from both company's ive orderd from and my 09 uses the same rear pads as my dads 00 wr, thanks.

Hi Haulin, The front brakes are going to be the same on the 2000 WR 250 and the 2009 WR 250. The rear brake problems you are having are probably coming from husky parts from people that do not ride huskys. If you look on our website (motosportz.com) your WR would use the brakes for the large rear caliper. I have found that some of the application charts that are out there are wrong about several years and models. I also see this on sprockets as well. Some times its easier and less headache to order from someone that knows. Good Luck, Motosportz Mike.

I wouldn't just assume that. I got new pads ordered from what a book said, and they were wrong. Take your pads to a shop. They should have a book showing an outline of the pad, and match it.
