Has anyone ever put a different bike brands front fender on their Husky? I like the more modern look of every other newer bike. Sharp edges look better. Husky needs a change. The 449's fender is too much for me. Not subtle. If so, which bike did it come off of? How hard was the install? Major hacking? Etc. Any pics? I like the bike. Just like the looks of the newer stuff.
The older style err.... non 449/511 front fenders bolt right up to the 449/511 bikes. Saves a few ounces too in the process. I have also heard of others putting Honda CRFfront fenders on Husky's. Not sure how much or if any mods are necessary for the honda swap.
