Just installed front fork compression adjusters (the ones that were supposed to be installed by the factory). What a difference. Now able to control fork dive on braking, less movement on acceleration and can balance front to rear suspension movement. Bike is now much more stable under aggressive riding. Highly recommend this mod. Inexpensive and easy to install !!

I know Les at LT-Racing was selling them. I think they were less than $100 if memory serves...

Edit: Just checked his website...$94 per set. I guess my memory ain't so bad after all...

WoodsChick is correct on the price and who sells them. Installation is easy. Need a vise to hold forks and the taps. Remove forks, invert and remove the existing tap. Leave fork inverted or else the oil will run out. Remove the valve/shim stack and large O-ring from the existing tap and install on the adjustable tap. The tricky thing to watch out for when removing the valve assembly is to hold everything together as a unit (valve/shims etc...) exactly as it's installed and transfer to the new tap. Otherwise you'll have 10+ little parts on your bench with no idea in what order it goes together.

Motosportz also sells them, but they are complete adjusters, so you just remove your old ones and install your new ones, no messing around with the valve stacks.

Looked on the Motosportz forum page 3 referred to above by Rancher. The photo shows the adjusters without the valve/shim stack attached. I would check with Motosportz to confirm that the adjusters they sell come with the valve/shim stack if that is what you assume you are getting. If not, it's no big deal to take the valve/shim stack assembly off the stock tap. One bolt holds it on, you remove it and the assembly and transfer it to the adjustable tap and secure. VERY easy. Just grab it as one unit. Little cheaper at LT as well.
