Hi All. Noticed my front forks are not using anything close to their full travel. Here is where a zip tie finished up after a 45 minute ride, including hitting some big bumps (but no jumps):

    The forks generally feel harsh.

    I have tried:

    - bleeding the air from the forks
    - making sure the forks are aligned before tightening axle pinch bolts
    - reducing the compression damping

I weigh 175 pounds. Bike is a 2012 WR 125. Surely it should be using more than just half the travel? Any suggestions as to what to try next?

    Incorrect oil level possibly..

175 pounds is a far cry from ten tons:cheers:
