I need a couple of these washers, but Husky (err, KTM) wants $5 EACH! Plus shipping.

Anyone know where to get something close? Are they made of fiber... I'm not sure.
I know they are roughly 14OD/6ID/.5 thick, but not sure of the material.

I'm not having any luck finding a replacement washer, and I can't find a BMW part number. They sell something called an anti-squeak rotor, which looks close, but I'm not sure looking at the fiche. Heck, the TR650 fiche isn't even correct, because it shows the washer going between the ABS ring and the rotor.
Stupid little things like this are frustrating.

Can you just use some gasket material cut to washer shape?

I guess I could use gasket material, but I found these [very similar] washers at Fastenal...

I will have to wait until later next week for delivery, though.

Do you need to replace these when removing the rotor?
I want to take mine off & clean & paint the rust on it.

They will probably be stuck to the hub (or wheel, in my case). Because they are so brittle, they may not survive when you remove the rotor. If you are careful, you might be able to preserve them.
