    Hi all

I fitted a 15 tooth front sprocket to my 2012 WR 125 but hit a problem. The circumference of the sprocket is too great the chain fouls the engine case.

Is there enough clearance to run a 14 tooth sprocket on the front? Or is 13 tooth the only way to go?

P.S. The sprocket was a Husky item from Halls and the chain is the original one that came fitted to the bike from new.

    Thanks

14T work fine but that is it for size on the 125 as you found out.

Hehehe. Forgot to mention I have the 165 kit  and my bike is plated so I do a few miles on pavement. I am running 13/48 but it's still too short for me. Bike has more than enough torque now to pull taller gearing on the road.
