Fuel Reserve Sensor Corroded Wire Te 450 (2009)

    Husqvarna Motorcycle:

    Other Motorcycles:
    Honda wave 125
    One of the wires to the reserve sensor has corroded off. Pictures attached. Would this be a simple repair in that the cable can be replaced/re-soldered onto the exposed end of the sensor?

    Replace the black wire. It looks the wire is inserted into fuel sensor and is crimped instead of soldered.

    Wire was replaced and crimped and is now working.:)
