Gas gas bought old husky tech?

    Page 22 of Dirt Rider article says gas gas made a deal with moto Italia to acquire the old husky 2st and 4st tech...so anybody know what this is about ? I wonder what happened to all the tooling to build the wr and 4st? Does gas gas end up with it?...if so any chance the motors will live on in a new chassis? I mean gags gas already has a line up why buy up older husky tech? ...anybody know ?
