Installed a JD tuner recently and was at the track last weekend for a trackday and was hoping to adjust the tune. Road a bit in the wet and now my gauge cluster is acting up. First all the lights were on, fuel, high beam, battery, Etc then nothing. It alternates between the two. I checked the battery connectors thinking I had a loose connection but that's not it. Bike has sat in sun to dry out and in garage to dry out since. Any suggestions?

Also, when I tried to hook up my headlights post trackday I'm finding that none of the lights are working, no headlight, tail light, blinker, etc. I was able to find the 2 20amp fuses on the distribution block and changed out one fuse that looked suspicious, but that wasn't it. I checked the connection on the headlight to make sure it was tight. I don't think it's the JD tuner as I did ride the bike with it and everything was working fine before the wet trackday.

I would double check the fuses and the wiring around the battery tray. The ground wire on my 610 was getting frayed from the the way it was routed around the battery and tray. The battery could also be on its way out and causing everything to go wonky. These darn electrical gremlins are fun aren't they!

thanks, I found a bad ground as well and blown fuse. surprisingly the gauge had power with the fuse blown, but wasn't operating correctly.

How do you like the JD tuner? Have you been able to adjust it since installing it?
