    Hi
I am new the husky world. I have been looking for a replacement gear shift leaver and have not had much luck.
    I have a 2011 630 TE.
Any help would be appreciated .
Loving the TE, so much fun, it makes an excellent light ADV bike that can do single track.

Tom, try Hammerhead Designs, www.hdmoto.com . They have replacement tips that can be fitted to your stock forged lever. Don't know of anything else that will fit. It took me a bit of fiddling to get mine to fit but it works great, and the offset tips make the lever longer and much more useable. Others seem to have fitted the tip with ease, but I had to drill the stock lever to fit the new pin, and also install a spacer to make the lever fit at a 90 degree angle. Worth the hassle though.

    Thanks Kenneth
I tracked down a genuine in Sydney. I think I will check the Hammerhead and fix my existing one for a spare.
Can you tell me what year model 610 stand you used to modify to replace your aluminium stand.

I used the hammerhead to clear my Gaerne boots, but it had some sharp edges and was pretty flimsy and ended up snapping off in the dirt. My fault, but the stock one held up to it fine.
I made a beefy one out of billet, without the sharp corners, and used the spare Hammerhead boot on it.
