125-200cc Got a cheap wre 125 2011

Hard to get started and eats sparkplugs. How can i see if it's a trim exhaust pipe mounted, also if it's a 144 cc top any numbers or marks? It is definitely more power in it than the original 125 cc. It is the original jets in the dellorto 28 carburetor, someone who knows what jets it should be with trim exhaust pipes and / or 144 cc top.
