Just want to thank Halls for doing a good job as always!! Picked up my new 2015 TC 250 with $2,500 worth of accessories . Today. With a storm cold weather and my wife whining I'm reluctantly heading towards home . So ride report will have to wait.. Heres what I had halls do.
Cut bars down to 29 1'2 inches. Install Oury pyramid grips(feel the power of the pyramid!) Wire the grips, install enduro engineering handguards and deflectors. Install ebc semi metallic rear brake pads. (adjust rear brake pedal as low as it can go!) Install 50 tooth rear sprocket, install longer chain and O ring equipped, install complete with reserve petcock TE clear tank, also short no leak vent hose. Install rear disc guard. Install e line pipe guard. Middle of the road powervalve spring. Install scotts steering stabilizer along with scotts rubber sub mount. Install stealthy 9 oz flywheel weight. Revalve front suspension. Softer then stock and softer in the high speed dampening. Revalve rear suspension. While I was at it I had them remove the stock side panals and numberplate and put on aftermarket with my number and name. I also bought a spare air filter as well. This was my 50th birthday present to myself The skid plate will be in next week. They have a certain one they prefer. I must say I like the power valve adjustment springs as well as the comprehensive bag with assorted jets. Pen paper a real owners manual and a tool kit. Jay showed me his piston he replaced after 30 races.....still looked new!!! Not sure how I'm gonna let the darn thing sit...... It's below 0 at home right now!! Oh yea radiator guards as well.

Congrats! I did the same thing in April this year for my 28th birthday with a 14 TC250. I plan on doing a lot of the same moods.

Nice bike. Which forks does that come with? Never thought I would see you on a KTM. Look forward to your thoughts. Do you still have some TMs? Seems your searching for the right mount. Loved the motor in the 15 TC250 I just rode. Good luck.

Interesting... US spec TC's get 4CS and EU spec TC's get CC fork.

4cs forks. Was told by Jay himself really not bad stock. But said the stuff takes A LONG time to break in. Yea it's kind of a KTM. But what it is is another chapter to the Husqvarna marque. A marque that has been around for a long long time!!! So Iv'e ridden and owned Sweedish and Italian Husky's and chapter three in there life Austrian. My TM sold. Biggest complaint was clutch pull and the chassis with aluminum frame being very rigid. But all in all a very good motorcycle. It hurts me to have bought this bike more then anyone will ever know. Had the Italians had a passion for off road motorcycles like KTM they may have never been in the situation that happened to them. Bike looks solid. Yea I'm searching...... The crown is the crown is the crown......The name lives on, but bet your A-- I'll be drinking coffee wearing socks and hats that are red for a long long time And I'm thinking on getting a red Husky very very soon

Good then we're on the same page. I was thinking mirrored graphics where it says tc250 on the front panels and then the rest red. Go really old :). Whenever I'm evem remotely interested in a bike i immediately build a dream list of mods lol. Even thought of building an aluminum tank and polishing so it shows in the hole in the side panels. Yeah, it's going to be a long winter lol
