    Merry Christmas Comrades !! We all just recieved a Large Christmas gift.... No.. it is not a shiny new Husky, Nor a bottle of fine Wine or a new Car But Healthcare for all !!Yipee!! Sorry.. I could not resist to voice my political views after all this is America and we are free.... or We used to be free! Anyway... Thought I would wish you all a Merry Christmas! and hope we are still free enough to Ride in the new Year. God bless all of you And God Bless America because I have a feeling we are going to need it.

    Just a guess. Your white, middle class or better, got as much education as you could deal with, and have never gone hungry other than being too lazy to bother eating, and have been generally healthy with insurance to back it up. Yup, won't do anything for your conditions and god forbid things improve for others........ oh I'll wait here for you to go pull the socialist boogyman out of the closet........

    IMHO it is always cheaper to pay it on the front end instead of the back end. And don't foll yourself, you'll help pay for it one way or another. Waiting until people are really sick cost many times more than caring for them as we go. Lots of ways to look at a very polarizing situation. The insurance companies are recording record profits and are helping us how? Now, hopefully, they will be regulated to a reasonable profit. We get cheaper health care and more people CARED for and they still make a reasonable profit. Seems like the right direction. Health care and education are two very important things to keep ahead in this global economy. Is this the right thing? Dunno but it it a step in the right direction, hope so.

    It is a complicated issues and like abortion and religion very strong opinions on both sides. It is obvious from our super exaggerated insurance bills we could never survive the double digit increases we are facing now. It is important for our survival we reform this mess and I think this is a good step in getting there, at least it is on the table and being worked on. To wait 2-5 more years will be to late. It's a mess for sure. Health care, food and education should be something we wish for everyone around the world IMHO. It makes the base stronger and people more productive and smart.
