You do, sort of let it slip, which is a great marketing plan and creates quite a mystery till they are released. 150 Great 250 Great 350 Bingo 200?
From what I saw it is the same concept cylinder and power valves as the WR250. It might use the old WR 360 crank, piston kit, and rod though. I am sure we will learn more as the year goes on. I wouldn't be surprised if this is just the first shot at development and we won't see it in the new frame seriously re-designed for another year or so. Using the old 360 architecture isn't a bad thing. Great motor.
All the pictures I can find lean makes it lean toward the 360 theory. It looks like the same engine platform as the current WR 250 / 300. I guess they found some old 360 motors in the back of the shop.
Drive is on the right side ...same same http://www.enduro-abc.com/index.php?model=gallery&object_id=012011_EWC/01GP_Spain look at pic # 40...good close up side shot of right side too
Interestng Interesting ... so how do you turn a 300cc engine , that was made from a 250 cc engine, into a 350 cc engine? Maybe go ahead and forget the 300cc stop-off if needed ...
CH Racing/HVA must have spoken to Merriman again...funny how things come full circle with a "new" 348cc motor. Great l might be able to update my 15yo bike
