My TE is hard to start when first thing in the morning. I have to add about 1/4 throttle to get it to start then after about 30 seconds it will idle with the choke on. Does not seem related to how cold it is and always starts well after warm-up. I have removed the O2 sensor and added a 2.2K resistor, running a Leo Vince silencer. No idea really, but maybe check the fast idle and make sure it is returning to where it's suppose to be............. I'm looking to replace it.......
