    1. Te510 2008 3900kms Ibeat says 72hours
It has Arrow pipe and powered up, that is O2 sensor removed, air filter and spark arrestor.
    2. Ibeat failure - tilt sensor, I have checked the plug and the resistor has corroded through, ordered a new one and
should be with me in a few days.
QUESTION- will it make the bike run at high revs?
    3. New battery and plug installed, it will not e start, turns really slowly.
    4. The bike takes quite a few kicks when cold to start, seems to start easier when warmer however the revs
Increase and idling is way too high, idle screw out 3 turns (it does not seem to make any difference)
PS. I HAVE BEEN READING ALL RELATIVE THREADS AND OTHERS AND I HAVE LEARNT SO MUCH FROM KNOWING
VERY LITTLE ABOUT FI BIKES! I love this forum and thanks to all for such valuable information, if anyone out
there can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated, I have Ibeat 2 and I am still trying to
get my head around using it and the settings, my bike seems to be an early 2008 so I am unable to change CO2
settings. What do I do with the TPS

I have a new temp sensor, Ibeat does not give me a fail on the current one, should I just go ahead and change it!

    Thanks.

I have read so many threads, I am sure there are some which can can help me, especially on Ibeat 2 with a 2008te510 so if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great!
    Thanks

Thanks, I am in Mallorca Spain, no dealers on this island!
Today I pulled the manifold boot and there was a section that looked damaged from a screwdriver being previously used to install throttle body, I cleaned it all up and reinstalled, set the TPS with Ibeat, it started first kick, the rpms however move from 2000 to 4000!!! It's never easy, after reading so much, I could not get the Ibeat feedback adjustment to go into active mode, the FB1 is currently 97.4,
    Lambda is in and connected??
    WOT is about 98 %
    TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY.

It seems as if I am just rambling on to myself! Here goes my days findings. After dreaming about fb settings, wot etc I got set up and hooked up to Ibeat. WOT was set at 96.8, way off what I have read, 100.2 for the 510. This is all a first to me however I set the hard stop so the WOT is now at 100.2 and reset the tps. After many kicks a sore foot and a few backfires it started, idling very low however there was no surging, it then cut and I tried a few more kicks and it did not start?
I went onto draining the rads and wanting to flush and fill with a decent coolant, I also read that the impellers often come loose so I wanted to check as it seems to get pretty hot, I have hardly ridden the bike, and yes the impeller was off and no sign of the nut! I have ordered new! I now need to get it running so I can set the Fb with lambda sensor in.
I seem to spend my hours reading all info in CH, working not the bike and not enough hours in the saddle!

Is there any possibility that having the 02 sensor installed with the bike being powered up is giving you issues? Has the air inlet screw on the head been blocked off? Even though your in Spain, you could still pick Dans brains about it. He's very helpful and very knowledgable about our Huskys.

I will pull the O2 sensor tomorrow, I have the plug etc and see what happens! I am not familiar with the air intake screw on the head, I will educate myself and take a look, thanks and I will give Dan a call, I am getting so frustrated,
    WOT is 100.2
Tps set, I can't set the FB1 as I need the bike to be running, it is currently set at 97.4
I will check the connections to the coil tomorrow, apparently they loosen and recheck all again.

This is the plug I was talking about. The hex head screw is the air block off. image.jpg

Well, thanks for the help, I checked the air intake screw and it was fine, I then removed the O2 sensor as suggested and installed plugs.
I read on a thread about loose connections on the wires to the coil and on closer inspection, found not only loose connectors but half the welded mount to the frame, broken. I welded the broken section back, rechecked all electrical connections and reinstalled. I then went back to Ibeat to double check my TPS and the Wot had moved slightly. I re adjusted the hard stop and found that the locking nut was stripped and it was obviously moving causing problems. I resolved that problem, set WOT AT 100.2, started the bike up, it idles at 1700rpm, the power is amazing and I now look forward to taking it for a ride in the dirt where I can really get to know it. image.jpg thanks to all the threads and help, I would never have managed without. If anyone can tell me if I need to set the fb while it is powered up would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

What are you running for your fueling numbers? I'm trying to establish a baseline for mine, I currently have everything set to 100-100-100 and according to some the bike 'sounds lean'. Not really sure where to go from here
