    I would like to know the proper way to install my cylinder and head..Torque sequence and torque specs thanks guys...I also was told I had to lapp the top of the cylinder and head like a valve...

    Matt,
    My manual's (81' 430XC) Torque Specification Table says 22 ft. lbs. for the cylinder head nuts and 15ft. lbs for the cylinder screws. Tighten each alternately. Lap head to cylinder w/ fine lapping paste. Hope this helps.
