Via the Husky News Letter: Just two riders, Jarvis and Lampkin, were able to finish the 2011 edition of the Hell’s Gate, the first extreme enduro race of the sports season. Andreas Lettenbichler , with his WR 300 run by Husqvarna Monster Speedbrain, had a good race. He rode near the top five all the time, but had a 31 minute gap from Jarvis in the last two laps and was excluded. Maurizio Gerini, riding a Husqvarna TE 250 run by RS Moto in Bergamo (Italy), had a good race too: he took 5th place in the first part of the race. Unfortunately, he was excluded when he was running 7th overall but exceeded the maximum allowed time limit.
