125-200cc Help! HVA WR 125 ELECTRICS

    Hi! My problem is that after I assembled new wiring harnesses to my husky and after that when I started driving it seem like it has an rpm limiter like just after powerband.. (but it doesn't have!)
    Is the problem with voltage regulator? And what is "scroll" in my husq? (picture pls.)
