    I hate husky documentation!

Does the clutch need to come out to get to the water pump shaft?

Ok, figured that part out. Is this the cause of the problem? Rubber ring? image.jpg

Replace both the seal and the o ring.

And check that sleeve/spacer for a groove.

That spacer on mine was grooved like crazy. It was of course back ordered. Paid $29 shipping for a used part that costs $3 new. If you're ordering seals, be sure to order it as well.

With my luck, the impeller broke as well, so I was out a bike for a month.

mine did have tiny grove about 5mm from the top, all around. I did ordered the replacement (back order of course)

I will go back in the again when all parts arrive.. meanwhile, will just change oil every ride.

also, after replacing just oring, so far so good..
