Last night my Brothers 08 stopped working for no reason, he says it is like there is no power to the EFI. He has also checked the fuses. Any ideas will be appreciated. And I will see If I can get him to join up and chime in......

I'm horrible with electrical, BUT... can you hear the fuel pump prime when they key is turned on??? I ALWAYS hear mine. Loose connections at the key switch?? Battery connections?? I've heard something about a blue wire from battery to starter I believe some people have had issues with sometimes not being connected from the dealer. Maybe someone else that knows more will chime in.

Lately, about half the time I've had to turn my key a couple times to get a response from the ignition / fuel pump. Been meaning to check connections, but hasn't been much of a problem especially since riding is sparce with the snow and 20- 30 degree temps.

Yes, do get him on here with some clearer details as to what the symptoms are. I'm sure we'll throw enough ideas around to figure it out.

That happened to mine yesterday after I let a buddy take it for a ride. I couldn't start it at all and thiught he broke it until I noticed the kill button was pushed in. I never use that I just turn off the key.

Well I finally joined up with you guys. This forum sounds like a great way to be able to communicate with fellow husky riders. My brother mentioned that my 610 wont start. the fuel pump does not turn on when i turn the key on. I called George from up-tite racing and he said it will be a trouble shooting job. I have gone through all of the connection that I can find and they are all hooked up. None of the fuses are blown, I have checked the relay's to make sure that they are hooked up. I don't know what is wrong. The engine turns over but it dosn't start. Any suggestion would be much appreciated

The first thing I would do is to put volt meter on the connection to the fuel pump and see if there is any voltage there, if there isn't any voltage then bypass everything and run a hot wire to the +side of the fuel pump connector and see if the pump starts. You may also have to run a ground to negative side.
