Hendo's instrument bracket

    There was a thread some time ago about Hendo's broken instrument cluster & the problem getting a replacement. It took a long time to sort out & the bike was not rideable for ages.

    As Hendo spends so much time many miles from the nearest town, he decided to reinforce that area on the bike. He was gracious enough to make one up for me & hopefully he doesn't mind me sharing.

    The instrument cluster & the wiring loom connection are still vulnerable from front on damage forcing the headlight etc upward. But this bracket offers some protection from spills in rocky terrain that might cause bike roll. Looks like a good place for mounting some extras too.

    Paint it black & you don't notice it's there.

    Someone else posted a question in another thread about mounting an LED light bar on the front of their TR, and this instrument protector could be the answer to that question.
