Okay, this is embarrassing... Bought my '09 TE610 last year and it only came with one key. I made two or three half-hearted attempts to get a duplicate made here in the local area (NJ) with no luck. No more Husky dealers around here and a Honda/Yamaha shop I go to plus a couple local locksmiths couldn't get/make a duplicate for me. BOTTOM-LINE: Lost my ONE key and my bike has been sitting for over a month (HOPING it would turn up --- key was lost between where it is parked in my driveway and my house --- thought I'd find it, but giving up on that hope now). With no local Dealer support, what's my next step???

So how do you match that to an existing cylinder without a key to copy if a locksmith won't touch it?
You can order a new ignition from Sierra Cycles in Quincy, CA for about 60 bucks. It will come with keys. They will ship it to you. (530) 283-5000 Or call around with that key blank - you can find a locksmith to cut it.
RDTCU and Andrew, thanks for the ideas. Andrew, I wish I had tried ebay first, when I still had the original key... Hall's I know. Sierra Cycles is new to me but good to have two options to check --- and thanks for the phone number.
