how many links?

For a 14/48 set up please?

Not sure what stock is but you need 3 more links for 14/45. I have 14/45 on my 630 and it just fit with stock chain. Just curious as to why you would go so low? I do a lot of single track and the 14/45 is just about perfect! In first the 630 will idle along at walking pace without stalling or touching the clutch.

I want maximum acceleration coming out of corners, I use the bike for rallying.

I run 14/46 with stock chain lenght on my 610. I know I'm not answering the question, but it's a starting point.
