I ride mostly desert and some single track with 10% on road. I'm 200LBS and after I had the suspension checked with the computer I found out that I had to completely loosen the suspension to get more travel. I'm planning to add IMS tank = more LBS. What upgrades do you recommend? Should I replace the front and rear or just upgrade the internals?
    BTW I have 07 610TE.

Send your forks and shock to LTR, most people here would agree that Less (LTR Racing) is the way to go.:D

Dave Berhend at Ohlins USA hand built the suspension for my '06 610. He does my motocross bikes too. He's on his own now and still working with Ohlins and revalving anything else you can throw at him. He has tons of experience from off-road to road-race and can set you up exactly per your needs. Here's his new business link. www.fastbikeindustries.com

That pipe on your SM looks bloody brilliant. What did you do there. It looks sooooooooo much better than the thumping great stock piece.

I started by installing a Leo Vince slip-on, then I took off all the factory shields and ground off their studs, wrapped the mid-pipe with header-wrap and added a CF heat shield for the boot area.
