Hi all just bought a 2000/1 TE410, is there a choke on it? And where? And what is the best way to start it when cold?. I bought it off a friend who dint use it and new very little about it or if it hade a choke to cold start it. Thanks.
The choke is a little black lever down by the carb. It operates a cable and is located on one of the intake mounting screws on the left side if I remember correctly.
If it's a TE410E, it's a little 1 1/2" black lever on the clutch side, just under the clutch lever. Pull towards handlebar to start it and then you can regulate the idle with it when it's warming up.
