    Hi,
i have a 144cc Kit for my WR now and i have some questions.
Its the original 144 Clyinder+head from Husqvarna.
    Whats a good squish? 0,8mm?
And can u say me a rough carb setting?
And at the moment i have a complet HGS exhaust.
Do u know a better exhaust for 144? I want top end power in middle
and high rpms! Or bring a other exhaust not so much because its only
    19cc more? :D
I hope u understand, my english is terrible.

I don't know what the squish settings are but for the stock cylinder and head you shouldn't have to worry about it.
    Jetting:
    5.0 Slide
    32 pilot
2.5 turns on the air screw
    460 Main
    6CHY16 - 62 Needle #3 position
I just bought a Scalvini exhaust for mine. I haven't tried it yet. Your English is great.

A HGS system is already more focused on the mid and high end of the rev range (assuming that you have a 144 cc tuned system and not a 125 designed system)

you might have a look in a Doma but i doubt if you will find a lot of improvement

I used to run a hgs but swapped to a dep ! pulls just as hard from the bottom but has way more in the middle and top when jetted correctly
Definatly the best pipe I have run on the 144

I don't know where you live but when it is in Europe I would look for a distributor of HGS as they do make 144 cc tuned systems.

you might have a look on their web site or give them a call (but buying is probably still through a distributor and not directly)

    Hi guys,

I have bought a FMF fatty as a replacemnent pipe for the XC 150 and I didn't think about it too hard. What are your thoughts on this pipe ?????

    Thanking you in anticipation.

I like the FMF on the 144cc. Although it works well on the 165 , I did put the FMF 200SX pipe on mine. I kept the 150 FMF for a backup.

The FMF made a big difference on my CR150. Power is better overall, but it pulls WAY better on the bottom. Exactly what I was hoping for.

The quality and fit on my pipe was terrible, though, and FMF didn't care.

It worked great on my 08 CR144; better and faster pull through the rpm's. It didn't feel very good with the 165 though so I gave it to a fellow CH member.
