I just found that Craig Comontofski's Husky Club site has recently been updated. It had not been updated for a couple of years and it looked like the site was no longer being managed, so good news.

Here is the link for anyone who is not familair with the site:

Sorry if this is old news.

He started out as something with four speed in it. I have bought an air filter and a puller from him but wasn't sure if he had an intrest in the years I have.

Another dead site.... he should sell/give it to someone who still cares in the marque.

    I agree... thank God for Husqvarna-parts.com !

Sorry guys, I thought more people would have good things to say about this site. I cannot comment on his service for parts, but I have found some of the information in the site useful. Oh well, I will still have a look every now and then, out of interest if nothing else.

It happens every time someone brings up the Husky Club web site, it turns into a Craig bashing thread. In my opinion the only "bad thing" Craig did was not to post on his web site that he was stopping his services and that he would leave the site up for informational purposes only.

I have ordered lot's of parts and other things from Craig in the past, pre-2006 and never had a single problem. He always delivered and never ripped me off like another Husky vender has, not only once but twice so SHAME ON ME. It's the one that a few people on here Thank God for.

Craig has done a lot for the Husky community and we would not be this far if it was not for him. Every web site that has a Husky ID chart on it was copied in one way or another from his Husky ID chart. He put in a lot of time and effort into his web site to make our lives a lot easier.

Hell, his web site was the reason I ended up getting a computer back around 1997, just so I could get the parts and information to get my old Husky back out from the shed and get it going again.

Just a quick note regarding this subject.

A lot of people have had negative experiences / some good / some bad.

I agree that this should not turn into a bashing thread.

How about we all act and post up stuff that will help and benefit us all and leave it at that?

Murph - we all know that you meant well by posting this thread . Thanks for sharing!:cheers::applause:
