    Tried halls or ebay?
Agree that some parts are difficult to find, but i have a somewhat old bike. Japanese bikes seems to have better partsavailability in general.
As for the quality, i havent had any major incident. Engine seems to take allot of beating without problems, and for the rest i think the builtquality is overall good.

I own three Italian Husqvarnas, an 07 TE 450, an 11 WR 300, and a 13 WR 125. If I thought that there was any problem with the build and component quality, I wouldn't have all three of those bikes. Parts have been difficult to get from time to time, but my bikes are well built and very reliable. They are fairly low maintenance, and I can head out on a ride in the backcountry with confidence that I won't be stranded somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

no where near as bad as some chinese bikes! My ''superbyke gy'' split in half! My husky is the same as yours, out of 8 bikes I've owned it's the best and the second most reliable, that's saying something as it's a high performance two stroke the brakes excellent brembo performance, gearbox the best on any bike I've ridden, mines done over 20,000 miles now and still pulls very well. Any bike will be unreliable if it's not maintained

MotoSport currently carries OEM parts for Husqvarna and they have a 25% off sale. With my 2013 WR250, I initally had to get it jetted correctly, then put on an aftermarket exhaust, skid plate, and added few other things to my preference. It currently has about 50 hours on it and hasn't let me down. I maintain it well and have no doubt it will last a long time.

Besides a kick start lever what other parts have you not been able to find? I realize all models aren't the same but as for my Husky, I bought my 09 WR250 new in Oct 2010 and have only bought one OEM part for it which was a lower shock bearing for $20. My bike is not pretty because I ride rocks, roots on gnarly single track that beats the bike up but it's well maintained and mechanically is in top shape.

Ha yes my huskys junk too absolute rubbish i would much prefer my 24year old kmx that thing was always in bits leaking oil from forks shock and gearbox that thing was a nail worn swingarm bushes can't buy replacements so made my own put honda cr forks on it brilliant, rewired entire bike cus previous morons hacked it... Plastics unobtainable bent frame etc etc...

I love the fact my husky is a bit of exotica yes parts are hard to find not had any exp with ktm merge so far i surf second hand parts on the bay or gumtree, yup its a shame a 2yearold is a pain to get parts for but a kickstart what happend you left the 14mm nut undone? Snapped it starting?

My '07 WR125,'10 TC250,'13 TXC310 have been pretty much bullet proof- the TXC310 gave me fits with the electric start(mainly because of the knuckleheads at Palmetto M/S)but finding a good(great) dealer like Central Jersey Cycles who bent over backwards trying to straighten out what should've been done by original dealer got it up and going(offered to pull parts from in stock bike because of the chaos brought on by ktm purchase)At 58, I have owned ,ridden and raced 14 Huskys and all were excellent bikes. Only failure other than the starter on TXC was on my '86 WR250...AFTER 4 years of racing ,the MotoPlat crapped out on the last enduro of the season..by the way I ran the stock piston for 4 years in that bike! Husky "rubbish" ,I'm calling bullsh.t...maybe preventive maintenance isn't your strong point...want to talk rubbish ,how about Hondas CRF250r ,from '04-'08 they couldn't have a crappier head/valve train...took them 4 years to straighten that out... just saying

I sympathize as I was so frustrated with my 310 when new I almost had it crushed just to ease my anxiety. Different issue and no parts is a bitch. I wonder if there is a junk yard with a lever or there is a bike model with a common spline pattern that could be used. I would plan rides where you can bump start the bike in the interim. Had to do that when my starter was unusable new. Not so great stalling on a steep ledgy singltrack but a way to ride it at least.

I believe this is the part # you need. 8000H0658 Do an internet search and soon you will have the bike up and running again.

most owners here, including myself have had pretty good service lives with the brand, my 93 360 just goes and goes
the kickstarter falling off is due to not using blue locktite on the fastener and is not unheard of
do you take care of your bike, if not it won't take care of you, regardless of brand
most Husky's outlive other similar bikes, but being a niche brand these days can be a little tough to find parts

To be fair he is in Europe with a WRE model that isn't imported into the states so finding stock parts in the US that may be different the the WR/CR models may be harder than normal.

And I am in Asia where maintenance is a swear word it seems (so no set up for parts at all)

I run 2x 125 huskies (heavily modified and its just a mater of planning)

Difficulties in getting kick starter parts, I have no options for air filters, sprockets, tires, (the times without lectron the jets where just 500Km away from me to purchase(different country))

Europe and America is actually pretty easy to get parts (that where I get them from when I am in need)

just a matter of looking on the right spot.

regarding the quality: simply good and I am surprised how much abuse they take without a problem

the first bike was brought over by an American embassy staff member and upon return to the states he sold the bike to a local trader
this bike was for more then a year on his floor due to the local belief that a 125 is underpowered for a big bike (they refer to a Honda dream 125 which has just a 6 a 7 HP and they think that all 125 has that kind of power)

the SM125 was a import from a bike dealer that normal ship in the big crotch rockets

I ve been tipped by another person that this one was tucked in a corner of his shop and did not get that much interest by people visiting the shop

price was good I can say yet You know you spend another $1500 on it to enhance the smile factor (Cr ignition, 165 treatment, lectron, fatty pipe)

I am close to get all the goods now (mater of days) and the assembling can begin

more or less the bikes find me instead of me looking for it

mark just so you know Husqvarna is tied with Harley Davidson for being the oldest motorcycle manufacturer on the planet you dont live to be 112 years old by doing things wrong THERE AS SOLID AS ANY THING OUT THERE

my bike passed it's mot yesterday with zero issues bar an upside down headlight, ten years old, no rust no electrical problems no engine issues, 20,000 miles and still pulling like a train. In fact that's a stupid expression trains get up to speed slowly, it goes like a little stabbed rat
