So I just got my TE 310 and LOVE the fit and finish. Very impressed having been an age old Husky fan, but loyal KTM owner for many years. My only gripe, and hopefully someone can help me out here, is that when I twist the Dzus seat fasterner to lock the seat in place, it's twisting/bunching the seat cover up. Is there a trick to putting the seats back on, or is it just the way it is? Thanks!

Just slide a little lube between the fastener and the cover.

Mine caught a little in the beginning. Not much now. Yeah, I would just get some slippery stuff down there.

I made a plastic washer from some smooth blue plastic (my seat is blue) from manilla folder. Now it doesnt bunch at all...but its pretty stuff to twist on and off.

I used a scalpel to cut a circle in the vinyl cover exactly the size of the seat fastener base, then I removed the cutout piece of vinyl. The fastener twists a bit easier and there's no bunching up.

A small shot of silicone aerosol lube worked like a champ!

I got a very thin nylon washer from the hardware store and put in there. I have to press down a wee bit harder but it's maintenance free.
