Husky te 125

Hi peeps. I just got myself a te125. Great bike love it to pieces. Want to take it greenlaning as that's what I thought it was intended for as its road legal. However everyone keeps telling me I can't ride it to far as its a competition bike. Just wondered how Far you guys think it's safe to ride it. I'm a bit confused. Cheers.
