Husky WR 400 1974

Gday all,
Could you help me out please a mate has bought a 74 400 and it has the points ignition which we have replaced with a motaplat which wasn't that big a deal but what will I set the timing to I am thinking 1.8mm or 75thou I would appreciate any advice and how much fork oil in each leg and what weight oil we have replaced the seals
