Husqvarna Carbon Fiber Parts

    Does anyone have a opinion of how well the Husqvarna Carbon Fiber accessories are holding up such as the heat shields for the exhaust etc... I am purchasing the Arrow Twin Exhaust system and would like to add the carbon pieces also but have a concern about how well they will hold up near the hot exhaust.

    Heat shouldn't be a problem, I believe that they are insulated, but if you kick them just wrong or drop the bike then they are toast...

    Nice ... but expensive. But make sure the attachment screws are loctited in (I lost the front heat shield). Take a look at one of the previous postings where someone had his metal shields painted black. They look even better ... and maybe could even be heat cured.
