Hello! Nobody activates me at other Husqy forum, who is for english people, so I'll ask here then.

It's my husqy, and how you see it's supermoto version, and now first question is:

Where can i buy Wre wheels? Because i need r18 in rear and r21 front. Going to fit cross tyres, and I don't know, what kind of rim it has to be, to fit my husqvarna, i searched all Ebay, and still no clue, what to buy, what to not.

2nd question: My exhaust is damaged, and im thinking of putting new one. How ever SM125S block is different from WR, and does FMF fatty exhaust fit my sm? It says it's for WR, but I have seen plenty of people who ride with those exhaust, and they don't have any problems

3rd question, it's rejetting, what I should buy, main jet, and other ones, to get more speed? Setup: I'll buy FMF exhaust http://www.ebay.com/itm/F...e60af5a&vxp=mtr , and everything is complete stock, 28mm carburator, with tps system

4th question: About powervalve, does my husky contain power valve? Is it electrical, and can i adjust it, or make some mods, to make it run better? Also, tell me some more mods, to get more horsepower

    5ft question: [IMG]

my husky has subframe, and on it fits my taillight, im thinking of putting this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/P...=item27f0ed3b86

Where do I mount in on? Rear fender? Thanks for everything, sorry that i speak bad at english..

Sorry, 6th, or 5ft question, will this carb fit my one? http://www.ebay.com/itm/M...1c739cb&vxp=mtr and what changes do i have to do, because i have TPS system, do i have to get that rid of?

    Hi Edvinas

welcome to the forum, where to start.

I start with question nr 4

your power valve is a mechanical actuated one and the mod you can make is change the spring that it holds, it effect the timing on how many rpm of the opening up of the valve (it will not really gain a lot more but it could suit your driving style or gearing you like to run on your bike).

to get more power out of your bike there are several mods that you can do.

I have the same type of bike as you have and I am in the progress of making all but one engine mods possible. (its the daily work load that makes it a slow process in finishing it)

I did almost the same mods on the WR I have so i can tell you pretty much how it pans out.

you want to have really more power you need simply more volume in your cylinder

165cc is the biggest volume you can get in the cylinder without going into stroking the crank.

the consequence of having more displacement is you need a different exhaust.

not want to dish out on a 165 simply try to get a CR or a WR cylinder as the porting heights are different and it will effect the power (gaining a few ponies)

you want to change the exhaust on your bike as is make sure you get one from 2002 or older when only buy the expansion pipe (stinger is different)

in case you buy a complete system you can put what ever is made for a husky 125. (the one on the E bay link would do as a complete set)

staying with the same carb the jets have to be bigger as that is now the case.

your original carb is a little one and restricts the engine considerably, yet it is equipped with a throttle sensor that dictates the oil pump for the 2 stroke oil

I ve been looking to maintain the sensor on a different carb but spare the time simply mix the oil your self in the tank when you change the card

The carb in your E bay link can be made work yet i would think that on this forum you can get it much cheaper.

the problem i have with this carb is that you are spending more time in geting it right then that you be able to ride with it (this carb is quite sensitive for environmental changes)

I changed for a lectron (search on this forum for reviews) and its a carb that i simply would put on any given bike

its a set and forget carb it gains more power, it consumes the fuel more efficiently (better milage) and it creates hardly any spooge (oil out of the exhaust)

in your case you have to change the intake manifold and advisable to change the reeds also for V force 3 ones (SMS was not equipped with these from the factory)

    another mod is the ignition
I change the ignition for a CR ignition. you have to wind a additional spool to get a usable electricity for your lights and board computer
You have to adapt the rectification and know where to tack in your existing system but its doable

it will result in way more snap (the engine spools up much quicker).

other things to consider: play with the gearing original gearing is way to tall to have really fun with it (I don't care to much about top speed but more acceleration)

Get a bigger rear sprocket be aware that the front sprocket is not the same as a normal CR and WR (the counter shaft is different and you have to order front sprockets from a WR or CR older then 1997)

wheels have a look on the classified section here a WR or WRE wheels set should be an easy swap with a bit luck.

I have no detailed answer on your taillight suggestion but it should be able to make that work in my opinion.

Good luck and have fun with your bike

let it simply hanging loose and insulated so dirt can not have a go into it

you have to measure the resistance of the sensor between the green white wire and the black one
put a similar value resistor in there.

measure the resistance between the orange wire to any of the 2 wires with the throttle in close position

one will have no resistance at all connect the orange wire to the wire with no resistance and your done

make sure your oil tank is empty and mix the 2 stroke oil in the main tank yourself.

temp sensor can be still connected and the air sensor also yet that would not do anything anymore as your air valve line to the carb will also not connected to another type of carb.

Me personally would take the gamble/chance.
I am not aware that the years they state are different then the other years on the exhaust mountings.
secondly its a full set (expansion chamber and silencer) so its build for each other

worst case you have to adjust a few brackets but that should not be to hard I guess
