Hi Guys, first post; so a quick introduction is on it's place here:

I'm an owner of a Husky SMR630 2011 since last year and have had already lot's of fun with it! I'm using it most for home to work transportation but like to ride some areas in the German eiffel and black forest as well... Hopefully we can go to Italy somewhere next year! As far as I know, the previous owner treated her good as well.

Since a couple of weeks I did face some issues when shifting gear. It was quite hard to get it in neutral when the engine was hot and when I shifted up, it happens to shift in neutral between 3rd and 4th gear.
I thought it wasn't a big deal and it would be something for winter (changing clutch plates or something)...until tonight.
My last ride this evening I rode the bike and couldn't shift into 3rd gear. The engine was reving up, bot it didn't not pick the right gear. I could shift up to 4th gear, but there it ends...5th and 6th gears where stuck / locked and could not be reached. Anyone any ideas what this could be?

Besides that; I find it quite hard to get parts for the Husqvarna...Do I miss something or do I need to search for specific other type/brands which appears to be very similar? For example: I would like to put some radiator cover in front of the radiotor (Louvre type) but none of the ones I can find, do fit to this bike...Anyone a link? Same for a skid plate.

Especially with the clutch and gears I really could use some help...I'm quite a technical guy but have never disassemble an engine before. Any tips / tricks to do so? What would the cost (estimation) be if I would revise the engine by a professional?

Any help is welcome. Thank you!

You have changed oil, dont you? And used what belongs in there, and not some 10/40 cheap stuff? Then i think your problem is more serious than clutch, something has given up in trans. If you dont get metal parts with oil, could be gear fork bending (gear change without clutch anyone?) Fact is that parts for these are getting rare, but swm parts usually fits. Trans ratios are different between sm/te/swm so there could be differencies,as is front sprocket spile count.(between swm/husqy. I believe you need to change whole trans if using swm gear parts, but i dont know for sure what fits and what it takes to fit in there)
One easy part to check is parts 12+14 https://www.ktmpartspro.com/oemparts/a/hqv/5d1cf39b87a866014092074e/gearshift-mechanism
If its stuck or worn, pedal wont change gears in one direction. Could be random since vibration might return it to center sometimes but not allways. That part is found under right cover,no need to take engine of.

Allright, nice info. Thank you for that. I'll try to look this weekend if I can take the cover of and see if it might be one of the simple fixes....I did indeed changed the oil and put back the Castrol oil what has been specified in the manual, should have done the job right?
