as the truly epic trails start to clear... 2 09 WR125's baby... Epic views of cool hidden lakes... with no one at them but me and the bros Cool snow formations as they return to water... Waterfalls only a handful of people have seen... natures handiwork everywhere... My wife is always trying to get me to go to church, I tell her i go twice a week when i can swing it if you can't find any spirituality out here your dead.
super nice, you guys ever bring fish gear??? for us its not worth a foto, heat and dust,,good trails and technical rock piles,,,,but zero green...thanks for the post
All these pics are killin me with both my bikes down, i just might have to snag the daughters 125 and head to the GP. Such a killer landscape thanks for sharing.
Ya I recognize you... We wear the same hat. I was gonna make a derogatory comment about the flowers. Sorta say'n something about relating them to pics Woodschick takes. But I thought it was best left alone.... Still great pictures.
CR 500...was a tall burly dude...now a tall skinny guy...I thought you just posted pics of him on a Gas Gas 250? I know he liked the 09 CR 125, I'm sure he loves the WR 125!
Ha ha ha... I'm working 3,277 hours a week, so "fun" is only a concept at the moment. I'll live vicariously thru your photos.
Wow, you are so lucky! Even when its not 105* outside (like it is today), none of our areas even come close to that beauty.
That's him. He ordered the WR125 a month or two ago after riding my 04 CR125 last winter and then seeing my 09. The GasGas 250 is his because he traded his street bike for a KXF450 and then almost for the gasgas and then just ended up buying the gasgas. The Gasgas owner was a friend of Les' from LTR so it is set up VERY well and was a good deal he could not pass up. Nothing wrong with owning several bikes
fantastic ride report!! Beautiful country and yes, nice work with the camera. Loved the church comment... feel the same way. You guys (all you CafeHusky 125 riders) sure have me thinking about those WR125's. I'm fortunate to have several bike, including my "little mule" 2002 KTM 200 EXC and it's amazing. I was really surprised by it since I've traditionally been a big bore rider. So you're finding the 125 has enough bottom end to get through the truly tight and nasty stuff? Where torque is your friend? Not too crazy/pipey? You see, the last 125 I rode was an air cooled YZ125... the thought of a motor like that where I ride now is just FRIGHTENING!!! The Husky must be different. Sure wish I could try one.
