Does the iBeat work with other Mikuni EFI bikes? If so I'd guess that each has its own propriatary connector. Also if so, what other bikes run the Mikuni EFI?

I vaugely recall investigating this and believe there were some scooters a long time ago and possibly some Suzuki quads that used Mikuni. What are you thinking about? Cheaper ibeat replacement?

I saw a spec sheet that showed Yamaha's WR250R & X uses a Mikuni throttle body and maybe some of their sports bikes. If this is true, it doesn't necessarily mean they use a Mikuni ECU.

I have never heard of iBeat use outside of Husqvarna. I read that Honda, Kawasaki & Suzuki all use Keihin throttle bodies.

Mikuni has a web page that shows the design for a EFI system without a conventional pump. The gravity feed injector is used to to meter and pressurize the fuel. Not sure if their system really works or if anyone has used it, certainly not Husqvarna.:excuseme: The copyright date on the page is 2004.

PS: I noticed this on the page "Our FI System is used on SUZUKI "Let's 4 " and "Let's 4G " that were released on October 16, 2004"

No, I'm just wondering..... when I get it for the garage if there are any other folx I should be thinking of for getting use out of it. Already working on connecting with the 4-5 EFI 610's I know about in the area, wondering if I should put it out there to any specific riders.
